Nap is a text-based Napster client for Linux. It was historically one of the first available Napster clients, and is very stable. It is a fully-featured client, and compiles on Linux, *BSD, Windows/Cygwin32, and Mac OSX.

Nap version 1.5.4 has been released. This text-based Napster client is one of the oldest and most stable Napster clients for any platform. This current release recognizes the new default meta-server location at www.gotnap.com.
