The resulting .mzsquash file can be decompressed back into a mzML file, or read using an included SAX reader. You have two options when accessing mzsquash/mzunsquash utilities: * You can download the zipped archives, which contain the project jars and Unix shell scripts * You can download the code from the SVN repository Note you can run either utility from any computer with Java.
