    Awesome work! Everything is so parameterizable. Workflow can also be chosen by the user, and previews at every steps is excellent (helps choosing the right methods and algorithms for fitting the input data and finding we things are going wrong). Just what we were dreaming about (we're working on GCxMS signals, not LCxMS, but questions of cleaning the signal and generating peaklists remain the same). And GPLed moreover. We'll have to adjust the code for our purposes, but we'll be glad to share the result. So thanks.
