I can't get it to work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I had to install this "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)" to get MSVCP100.dll.

It is working perfect, but has some sharp edges. libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll and libstdc++-6.dll were missing. I've took them from the Windows GIMP installation.
