  Release Name : My Task Scheduler - v1.0 Release No. : 1 Release Date : 9th September, 2007 Release Status : Stable Release Content: Application Change Log: (12th Sep, 2007) =========== Changed the data file storage location .. it is now set to be in the users home directory. This change was mandatory to ensure that the application can access data regardless of the directory from which the user executes the java -jar command. Current setting is to save data to "UserHome/.MyTaskScheduler/data". Change Log: (13th Sep, 2007) =========== Fixed the bug of data not being saved upon minimisation and subsequent log off or machine shutdown. Change Log: (14th Sep, 2007) =========== Updated the application so that it saves data upon dismisal of a reminder. It has been done so that the application data stays upto date upon abnormal termination of the application, i.e: user log off.

• MyTaskScheduler-v1.0 (Re-Released)

  MyTaskScheduler-v1.0 had been released on 9th of septmeber, 2007. This is a small but handy application for personal task scheduling with reminder facility. Some users have already downloaded the application and presumably using. However, a minor bug was found regarding the varying location of the data storage used by the application (if executed from inside different working directories using a command line). This has been fixed and from now on the data repository will be inside user's home folder. Existing Users: --------------- Existing users are requested to kindly download the application again and copy the contents of their previous 'data' folder to: ("HOME-DIR/.MyTaskScheduler-v1.0/data/") after running the new copy of the application for the first time. I regret any difficulty that you might have experienced for this reason. Thank You.
