About which gps data is used to display the zone, you can have a look at the corresponding kml file here
http://realtimeblog.free.fr/kml/234/33/1376/cell_234_33_1376_52282.kml
Anyway, very soon, you will be able to download a SQLlite file that contains the data you are looking for.
kind regards.

Hello,
about Cell 234 33 1376 52282, the data can not be trusted. We don't know which source (ie: which device, which software...) has produced these data. These data have been imported from another project...
Nevertheless the radius of this cell is 7.45 miles; if the data are accurate, it is still in the possible range for one cell. (i consider 9.4 miles radius as a maximum one)
if...

I let mikebutt answer your question about weirdness of the cell, as he has better knowledge on this point as I have.
For the altitude aspect, the altitude of GPS is anyway very unreliable. So I would not rely on it at all...

The zone for Cell 234 33 1376 52282 http://realtimeblog.free.fr/with_osm4.php?mcc=234&mnc=33&lac=1376&cellid=52282&zoom=15
is very odd. it seems to have some readings in one location, and then one strange sample that is 20km away. there is a odd cluster of cells around this sample (eg Cell 234 33 1476 51406 ). i wonder if it a high location that can pick up towers over an abnormally large...

thanks. i have notice that sometimes the flags do odd things, like disappearing and reappearing.

On the website, the map library is not able to display all the Cellular (GSM) yellow flags when there are many of them on the same page.
Workaround: Play with plus and minus button on the upper left on the map, you will see the yellow flags correctly displayed.(and sometimes disappear again...)

Many thanks Tygier to signal this problem.
In fact only the display is wrong. If you play with plus and minus button on the upper left, you will see the yellow flag correctly displayed.
I should open a bug on the display library which does not support so many yellow flags to be displayed on the same page.
kr,
Nick.
