• MyPFXAdmin 0.8.0 Released!

  After a long 10 month wait, MyPFXAdmin 0.8.0 has been released. I would like to thank Michael Rasmussen for his contribution to the config.pl script that makes getting this script, as well as Postfix, Courier-IMAP and MySQL all setup. This version has a LOT of new added features, as with some bug fixes. It is recommended that all users upgrade to this as soon as possible. However, be aware that the database structure of 0.8.0 and 0.70 are NOT compatible, so there will need to be manual intervention to upgrade. Sorry about that, but to fully integrate the new features, they had to be added.

  Version 0.8.0 (10-05-2003) --------------------------------------------- - New perl based configure script thanks to the wonderful Michael Rasmussen. - The new script appears to work on both FreeBSD and Linux systems to easily configure Postfix, Courier, MySQL, and Apache for MyPFXAdmin. There still may be a few bugs, so use at your own risk. - Damien cleaned up some errors in the config.pl script. - LOTS of new features for the web based administration * New category "Users" that allows clients to add and delete aliases and pop3 accounts associated with their account. * Ability to list and delete domain, pop3, alias, and user accounts * Minor UI changes - Fixed MAJOR bug with validating current password on password change - Fixed spelling errors - Code cleaned up and formatted - Removed the need for SUDO - Set all users and groups to use the virtual user and group id of 5000 - A myriad of other little things that I can't think of at this time
