Hi Mélina,
Are several files that must be corrected to reach complete translate. My tip? Open the file that show the word that you want to translate (see the URL in bar address of your browser: the out.xxxxxxxx file is your file!!). See in that file the includes file. Open each one of them and search in the string or word in english that you want to translate. write if something go wrong.

What is the specific problem. I install, only have problems setting up the view on-line and email alerts. Maybe if you explain the problem I can help.

Wondering why there is a folder with themes in version 1.7.2, But no way to change to one of them...
Honestly I prefer the look and feel of 1.5.0, is there no way to create a selection in the admin tools to choose one of that themes?

After using MyDMS now for a few days I really appreciate it, it's a perfect solution for collaborative ISO QMS implementations in companies.
I managed to install MyDMS myself, but thats the limit of my IT knowledge, risky ... what when we would like to move a server or run locally a copy. I prefer portability with use of a portable DataBase.
I was wondering if anyone tried to use SQLite...

PV35, thank you very much!! The code you sent me had some errors, but opened my mind and in less than 5 minutes took me to the path of the solution. It is now fully translated and besides I could correct a mistake that was in the original package, an error "error getting text" in the Notification module, when using the Spanish package. Now I'm struggling with the issue of email...

in order to translate the words that are still in english, you will have to :
- identify which php file contains the word ,and replace the word by a call to the function **printMLText** or **getMLText** with an argument corresponding to the word
- check if in languages\English\lang.inc, there is not already this argument declared for this word,
if yes, check if this argument is written...

Hi there,
I have installed version 1.7.2, using de spanish language pack. Had phrases non translated, but I make the translation. Although the spanish language pack and is fully translated, some words on the page remainds in english, for example Sign In, My Account, Admin Tools, Change Status, etc. Can you give me an idea or tip of how to change them, and why is that? Thank you very much!
