    When you mean service drop you mean the spamd ? If so you will need to look on spamassassin documentation, also you can check our logs to see if you find something related to that. /opt/mxhero/logs/mxhero.log (check the log for the date where spamd was stop, also check on the start.log in the same folder). Spamd log should be in /var/lib/spamassassin/spamd.log or /var/log/spamd.log , can you...
