Known issues:
- Deck is not saved when editing card properties using edit dialog
-- workaround: force save by doing other operation that saves deck - for example drag and drop, or editing card count in cell
- Save/Load filter page - Save As... does not work
-- workaround: create a fake filter empty file in <workspace>/.metadata/.plugins/com.reflexit.magiccards.core/filters/xxx.ini 
               (create filters directory manually),
               re-open dialog and select a filter (that would make Save As... work)

Notes
* Requires java to run
* Has to be unzipped before running using any unzip program, but not windows zipped folder cut & paste
* For Linux 64 use specific binary distribution (different than linux default)
