mstone multi-protocol testing system

I saw that Mstone seems to be a good tool for simulates injections IMAP/POP on the server.
I am new on benchs and testing performance .
I tried to install mstone on my vmware mandriva and it looks like installing great but I dont know how to configure, how to make a test plan, how to run...
I think that the documentation related to mstone are not compatibles with the mstone version provided so can anyone help me (by giving more documentation more directives)
