The Multi-Simulator Interface (MSI) is a simulation interconnection engine. It connects simulations by synchronizing their clocks and data. It is a light-weight HLA alternative.
An XML schema is now provided for the underlying protocol which is being called Coupled System XML Protocol (CSXP). This is an early version of that schema but it allows for XML namespace separation of MSI communications and federate data.

Huge overhaul to infastructure. MSI no longer depends on any external library. MSI now compiles on many platforms. Message interrupt bug workaround in place.
