I already answered your question, you just didn't read it. Microsoft is not supporting this for now. I do pass password to MSN Messenger, but it doesn't use it.

Ok when i enter my user name and the password and go to login the password is not there any more?.

I do save passwords, but this feature is not supported yet by Messenger itself - I'm sure it's security reasons. Maybe in version 5.0 it will be supported.
