  No more ugly detection of filetypes based on extensions! Now there's no limitation on naming the files. Via the configuration options the "Filetype recognition" option can be set to: * mime-type only - uses mimetypes python module to guess the type of file based on its name * file only - uses `file' executable (commands.getoutput in python) to determine type of file using its content instead of name * mixed mode - first, try mimetype method. If it fails, try file.
