  • mpgcut-i386-linux 1.1 file released: mpgcut-1.1-i386-libc6.tgz

December 2000 : mpgcut V 1.1 released. - replaced all file access with stdio ones. should be more portable now. Can compile under Windows. - cleaned up main cut function, corrected a bug that made mpgcut 1.0 produce unplayable files. Should be more robust now. - Known Bug : mpgcut doesn't currently correct timestamps on system MPEG files. This can confuse some MPEG players such as Windows ones. This HAS to be corrected in future versions. As usual, stay tuned. December 2000 : mpgcut V 1.0 released. known bugs : mpgcut can only cut a file on GOP boundaries, a GOP is a group of frames (typically 16). This leads to a time inaccurate cut. (typically 0.5s)
