VERY easy to use. I was able to convert the .mov files from my crappy Nikon Coolpix 5600 to AVI

Zip corrupted.

By reading the features that this project provides, I would say that this is the kind of software that majority of people are searching, so that they can convert from bothering MOV format to another format while maintaining the same quality - no recompression.

Many thanks to the project developers for a very useful piece of software . The 2048 Mb file size limitation imposes severe restrictions when converting large movie files, however. John

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but when these convert, all I get is audio, not picture.

Works great with MOV files from a Kodak CX7530, which can be a problem even for Quicktime Pro. I had to look around the web and found this. Seems to do a good job, and very fast. Then imported the files into Movie Maker just fine. Well Done!

As others have said, works well with my Panasonic Lumix's MOV outputs to convert to avis that can be viewed elsewhere.

This is the BEST, EASIEST, FASTEST, did I say BEST converter PC users who need to convert MOV files in order to work with them in Windows Movie Maker for example. I have been searching for MONTHS and have tried a number of options. None worked perfectly. This one does. Unlike VLC (VideoLan) it does NOT clip the last 1 to 3 seconds off your video. It's a perfect conversion and I wish more people talked about it so it wouldn't have taken me forever to find it.
