MP3Gain analyzes and losslessly adjusts mp3 files to a specified target volume.It does not simply do peak amplitude normalization. Instead, it performs statistical analysis to determine how loud the file actually sounds to the human ear.

Slick little program. Great way to deal with music that (for me) comes from different sources, with different dB gains. In fact, until I got this program, there were some albums I refused to use in playlists with the rest of my collection, bec. the volume levels were so drastically different. Download this!

This is a program used to subtitles timing and making. I gets timestamps from NeroWaveEditor?. After timing you can export the subtitles project to such as .ssa or .srt file. I got this idea from StarSub? by MeteorRain? and make it more powerful.
