MooseFS (MFS) is a fault tolerant, network distributed file system. It spreads data over several physical servers which are visible to the user as one resource. For standard file operations MooseFS mounted with FUSE acts as other Unix-alike file systems.
- dynamically expanding disk space by attaching new computers/disks
- higher reliability (data can be stored in several copies on separate computers)
- possibility of storing deleted files for a defined period of time
- possibility of creating snapshots of files, which means a coherent copy of the whole file, even while the file is being written/accessed
I am a chinese user . I don't know how to use this software I need help help help me my eml address is email@example.com
