• mod_whois first release

  mod_whois addes th capability to receive WHOIS queries to Apache2. The current code works (at least on my platform, which is prefork MPM on Linux), so that's reason enough to release a first tarball. Test results are appreciated, as well as comments about the code itself (which could be quite dirty at the moment since i just started with Apache2 API).
