I needed mod_auth_cache, so I implemented it :)
In addition to the existing behavior, I added an optional timeout value for the cached credentials
As mentioned on the dev@httpd list, this should really be re-written against socache, but I needed 2.2 compatibility without trunk features
I included the fully working sourcefile.

p.s.: I could not find the actual documentation that is used for the Web site docs,
so there's no doc patch included.

(Enhancement request)
The attached patch makes the PAM service name used
configurable, instead of hard-coding it as "http".
This allows to re-use an existing service, but can
go as far as creating per-directory PAM configurations
using different PAM methods.
