Mnemosyne resembles a traditional flash-card program but with an important twist: it uses a sophisticated algorithm to schedule the best time for a card to come up for review.

Works well w/ iSRS iTouch/iPhone app. Embedded image support simple and adequate. Some disconnect on stats updates in .mem files, so may want to sync data via XML? A mnemosyne desktop to iSRS sync app would be helpful. Anyone interested? This is working great for me know.

Now you can learn several times faster than conventional methods. Mnemosyne is actively maintained software with an active community. It already has plenty of features ahead of the curve.
