MMCd Tools by Shawn Poulson v0.2b, 2004-08-27: Maintenance update - many thanks to Clinton Battersby - Updates: - Fixed scaling errors in COOL/AIRT/BARO - Noted compile error in gencat.cpp for VS.NET 2003, see README v0.2a, 2004-01-03: Maintenance update - Updates: - Configuration utility is now integrated into MMCdTool. - Fixed various date/time errors. - Drag/drop file open now implemented for MMCdTool - Open last saved CSV or XLS file by doubleclicking on MMCdTool status bar. - GNU General Public License document created - To do: - Customize sensor list - Handle boost readings using EGR input? (need input from Clint Batters) v0.1a, 2003-12-29: Maintenance update - Featured functionaltiy: - Palm HotSync Conduit: - Upload only new or changed MMCd databases to user directory - Each uploaded database gets exported to PDB, CSV, and XLS depending on settings in registry - XLS export is done by OLE automation, which requires that MS Excel be installed. - MMCdTool completed as central application to usage of all MMCd Tools. - Known issues: - OLE automation sucks and is dog slow. Must convert routines to write directly to XLS format without dependancy on MS Excel. Also acts goofy if you already have Excel open when it runs. - Would like to make HotSync exporting routine in a separate process or thread, so that Hotsync can continue. - PDB export has not been thoroughly tested for validity. - Not all sensor conversion codes have been thoroughly tested for validity. - To do: - Determine licensing details (GNU GPL?) - Implement Drag/drop for MMCdTool - Develop GUI browser application.
