The application is not JavaVerified, hence the request for permission to reecord sound..
In the application settings on your phone you can configure it to 'ask once', and it will ask for permissions only once.

Nokia E51 seems to be almost ok with the application, but it keeps on requesting the permissions for the audio recording every 0.5 seconds or so.
Can you make the capturing process constant in your code so it wouldn't reacquire the permissions so often ?
There is no option in Nokia E51 for "let that application always have the permission". If it would, it wouldn't be a problem.
