Unfortunately, the sheet music generated has no relation to the speed of the music played. The time and duration of midi notes are measured in "pulses" rather than in seconds. There is a separate section in midi files called "tempo", which defines how fast the pulses are. For example, the tempo section may say "240 pulses == 1 second". However, the MidiSheetMusic program does not use or display the tempo value anywhere.
Fortunately, there is an existing program that does exactly what you're looking for, called Piano Booster:

Piano Booster scrolls the sheet music horizontally while the midi music is played, and is specifically targeted for learning sheet music notation.
