Midi2Chord

This perl-script takes a midi-file as input and tries to determine chords, without the need of a graphical-user-interface (GUI).

Changed some basic things in internal code design. Now the code which doesn't directly work with chords has been separated in a module which also is usable for other musically things then chord-recognizing. Fixed some bugs.
