The agenda for the MIACA session at the HUPO PSI Workshop includes a topic:
"Which other projects are on-going in the community and how can all these projects be integrated to increase visibility and acceptance in the scientific community, and impact in view of applicability and usefulness."
In view of the limited time I encourage anybody wanting to announce such other on-going or planned project to get in touch with me (
s.wiemann@dkfz.de) prior to the workshop, that I can better plan the session.
Such announcements should include:
- Who is developing the standard
- What is this standard designed to cover
- What is the anticipated impact (users in the community)
- What is the current status in the development process with respect to i)minimum reporting requirements, ii) ontologies, iii) data model
