Need to add -lgutils to the link line. Change the configuration to make use of the fact that fontforge now installs its include files. We don't need to be build within the ff source tree any longer.

FontForge has switched to UCS4 internally, so mensis must too. Was reading beyond allocated memory when parsing a format 4 cmap subtable.
