- revised source code - releases in subfolder - "particpate game" is now "join game" (en-version) - beginner is displayed correctly

Major bugfix is, that the beginner is displayed correctly. :S Sorry... that was a real bug. Further I revised the source code, renamed some english spellings... have a look cheers
Revised GUI: - menu has checkable items - fight log shows which player capitulated - chat dialog performs better All strings are interpreted by the client. So if the server has another language than the client, it doesn't matter.

GUI is revised, better multilingual usage, manual is revised ;) ... have a look. ! This release is incompatible with older releases.
Marginal changes: Some translations into English added and/or corrected. Manual is enhanced. ...
