when importing a mesh and his skeleton in blender we can see (screenshot) that the joints part of the meshes (joint-l-finger-5-1, joint-l-ankle...) doesn't follow mesh deformation.

when you try run programe get error message this package is not configured correct
ly try reinstalling this may fix the problem. tryed installing redistribution
package from microsoft still get the same error message.
