I am the administrator of a mailman listserv, and I have received complaints from a handful of list members that they are not receiving my listserv emails. I don't know if it's relevant that three of these four members are aol users; the fourth is not. This is not a bug. Questions like this should be posted to mailman-users@python.org , and in no case should anything be posted to this SF tracker.
You need to do what the error message says:
./configure --prefix=/usr/lib/mailman --with-mail-gid=mail --with-cgi-gid=apache

Hello,
i had mailman 2.1.11 working last week, but it stop sending mail to my list. after reading the fqs and trying different steps in vain, i decided to delete the mailman installation directory and re install it.
i redownloaded 2.1.11 and when i use the
./configure --prefix=/usr/lib/mailman --with-mail-gid=mail --with-cgi-gid=mailman
command, i still get the wrapper error:
