Thiss release is mostly feature-complete. If I don't encounter any bigger bugs I will release version 1.0 soon.
Also you should delete ~/library/preferences/translator.plist as I've dropped some older settings.

thank's for pointing me to that site.
But at the moment I don't feel like I'll be able integrate it into MacTranslator: I
cannot even differentiate between "standard" parts of the site and the actual
translation - sorry (did I mention that I don't speak Japanese?).
Is there an English interface as well? That would make it a lot easier for me...

thank's for the request. MacTranslator uses freely available dictionaries. The
problem is to find dictionaries for the requested languages that reach a
certain level of quality.
Please note: I do not speak spanish nor french nor italian; therefore it is hard
for me to find suitable dictionaries. But if you can tell me where I can find

I just uploaded a new release: 0.10 (still not the final release).

Due to the changed dictionaries structure (see change-log) you have to delete the file ~/library/preferences/translator.plist.
