The m2300w driver is a Linux printer driver for the Konica Minolta magicolor 2300W and 2400W color laser printers. It is intended for being used in conjunction with ghostscript, foomatic and CUPS.
I use CentOS 5.3 and I just installed the driver from the source. The driver works well! Thank you for very clear step-by-step installation instructions, too.
Great driver. I've used it with Fedora 5,7,10,11. Fedora has gone by the by. It's turned into a kids pretty toy that is mostly broken. I now use CentOs for everything. Firewall, Badkup server, Mail server, this desktop and much more. I use the Driver on a dedicated old box to serve as print server for eight machines. I have ordered a USB to Ethernet printer server. Hope it will work with my Linux. Any bets? I say yes
Fixed configure script to link the programs with -lm.
Matt Broughton was so kind to provide me a binary Mac OS X Universal (PPC/x86) installer package for version 0.51. This package is now available in the download area as well. Thank you Matt for your contribution.
