Linux Userland Filesystem

I had the

liblufs-sshfs.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
unsupported file system: sshfs

problem, too, on debian/woody. After checking out this forum I did a

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/lib"

and now sshfs works great.
