Very useful. Monitor the effects of meditation and breathing exercises in (almost) real time. If the data can be logged, one can use statistical anaylsis after gathering data over a time period. Different people have different response profiles, e.g. some can lower their pulse rate faster than others. The monitor allows one to experiment and find out what combination of emotional state and breathing techniques work best.
