  Lohimedia 0.6.0 released. Lohimedia is a wiki based on the open source model, and the software behind http://www.lohipedia.com. Instead of allowing any one to edit and release any article, users must first prove themselves by making useful contributions. Notes ______________________ The major changes in this release include: Optimized page loading. Added a sidebar. Added User page to users. Users can now send messages back and forth. You can now adjust the size and position of an image. There are now 2 search forms, one for the home page, and another for the sidebar. When converting uploaded wiki pages category tags are automatically converted to category attributes. Added article count and user count to front page.

  Optimized page loading. Newly created releases and release_candidates will now call update_linked_articles. Fixed the permission checks of a newly created article. Automatically convert category tags to category attributes. Added article count and user count to front page. Moved the sitemap links into a sidebar. Fix an exception edit_preview caused by the new optimizations. Added the ability to list articles by highest rated, most recently updated, and new articles. Added User page to users. Users can now send messages back and forth. Users can now view messages they sent. Unread messages are bold in the list messages page. Admins can view all messages, and message lists. Admins can delete all old messages. The number of messages sent out by a user in one day is limited by the configuration value 'maximumn_number_of_messages_per_day' which currently defaults to 10. Users can now report message abuse. Fixed a bug when converting categories from wiki pages. You can now adjust the size of an image. You can now left, center, or right align an image. Bottom banner position on short articles will not overlap mid square ad. The textarea on the text edit page now fits between the sidebar and the help tables. There are now 2 search forms, one for the home page, and another for the sidebar. There is not an ad box in the side bar. Added missing links to Articles With Release Candidates and Articles With Changes pages. Changed the title of the Articles by Ratings page. Commented out ads, so new users will not be annoyed. Added missing sitemap links. Updated robots.txt to disallow robots from viewing developments, or release candidates. Removed developments and release candidate pages from sitemap.xml. Optimized sitemap.xml. Fixed bad links to update_rating. Removed 0.6 todos.
