Linux Kernel SCTP

I guess I didn't make it clear enough. The lksctp-tools has nothing to do with SCTP behavior. It is just an API library and some test tools. You need to rebuild your kernel module from the kernel source package. I've never run CentOS, so don't know all the steps you'll need.
