0.9.941beta -removed checking for MaxAPI.framework as it isn't necessary anymore (and prevents Live Cut from starting if 0.9.93 hasn't been installed before....) 0.9.94 beta - added sync markers and align sync markers menu option for quick synching - recompiled aalert and qttimecode externals as CFM externals, fixes the following bugs: - alert boxes should show on all configurations - SubEthaEdit doesn't interfere with Live Cut - time code information is read properly for clips on external hard disks - fixed a bug where one could not select edits to ripple in rapid cut segments - fixed a bug where rapid editing could corrupt the timeline (and consequently FCP export) - turned timeline upside down, with track 1 on the bottom, like in FCP - added scroll bar for timeline - added zoom widget and allowed for zoom in to 16 px/frame - timeline ruler now displays correct time

2005/03/06: 0.9.93 beta - Live Cut comes in a standard installer package. Installs MaxAPI.framework in /Library/Frameworks/ which adds support for the new alert boxes. You'll need administrator access to do the installation - You dont need administrator privileges anymore to work with Live Cut All files are now stored in the user folder: Temporary files:~/Library/Application Support/Temporary Files/ Additional templates:~/Library/Application Support/Export Templates Preferences:~/Preferences/Live Cut Preferences Folder/ - Added "clean up edits" menu option and keyboard shortcut - Cleaned up the code that displays the timeline ruler. Significant performance increase with long timelines. Accuracy of timeline ruler has decreased to zero - will work on it for the next version... - New transport mechanism improves performance when joggling - All the track-related code has been unified into one module (loading, synchronisation, transport...) This makes it easy to add more than 4 tracks in the future. - Added drop zones for movie files - Added up/down arrow keys to jump to next/previous edit
