    Do you use KDE or GNOME? If you use KDE (which is what I use), go to the KDE Menu (on the taskbar), System, and then YaST. Type in your root password and then when it loads, go to the hardware tab and click on printers. After that, select your printer in the list that comes up and click on the "Change" button at the bottom of the screen. Double click on the third item in the next list that comes up and then find your manufacturer and printer in the list. Then click OK and it should work. Post here if you have any problems.
