User Reviews

  • This project is unmaintained. As of 2014, the software is ten years old. It always lacked an fsck routine (it's just a stub). It is still usable for DVD's, but I have not been able to format recent USB drives. It used to be great for that, but I think it needs to be updated for newer technology. I gave it three stars because there's nothing else that will do the job.
  • The lack of file system correctness check, i.e., "fsck.udf" makes this project unsuitable for anything more than testing. I really wanted to use UDF for my hard disks and without fsck the file system is unusable for me. PS: "udffsck" is a dummy stab. It does nothing useful.
