LibUsb-Win32 is a port of the USB library libusb (http://sf.net/projects/libusb/) to the Windows operating system (Win98SE, WinME, Win2k, WinXP). The library allows user space applications to access any USB device on Windows.
excellent solution for simple and multiplatform interface for the USB. Still at the development.
very good
Thanks!
Ok, it's not really a bad project, but this should serve as a warning that it could crash or kill usb in Vista and Win7 machines just by installing - see the forum for more details. If you don't install the filter driver (or run in compatibility mode for win2k when installing), you might be able to avoid these issues.
Right now, given that most programs which use libusb do not tell you to run it in compatibility mode, libusb can be very harmful to your computer and can frustrate the hell out of many users trying to figure out why their system always BSODs. Their should be some way of ensuring that the file installs in compatibility mode until the software is recoded to fully support Vista and 7.

1.10.1 works fine in vista and windows 7 as long as the compatability mode is set for windows 2000 - other than that the higher versions seem to cause bsod on shutdown on one of my machines.
mierda
The software is really great cos it allows me use my ps3 controller on my pc but when i install it, it blocks my pc from recognizing my creative zen v plus and that means i can't sync music from my pc to my zen, so i had to unistall it before i could use my zen. i really wish they could find a way to fix this problem.
Implement please Isochoric type transmission. Sorry for my English.
So far it's working well for me.
works fine!
Very useful to be able to port greatest USB tools from POSIX world. Unfortunately, Windows breaks compatibility on each version. Maybe too crappy OS ?
super
