This has been fixed in the SVN trunk. Doxygen does not produce these warnings anymore.

Followup: RE: 28800 baud rate

I take that back. The speed 28800 is indeed not supported by the standard termios.h. See: http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/000095399/basedefs/termios.h.html This is weird. I am not sure how to handle 28800. Any ideas anyone? -- Crayzee.

Justxi: If you have "docbook2pdf" installed then you can generate the manual by running the "make UserManual.pdf" command in the "doc" directory. I am working on automatically detecting presence/absence of "docbook2pdf" in the configure script. Also, it might be useful to package the PDF documentation with the tarball in the future.
