I have also run into a similar problem, however, I can't seem to get OTS to work after I've installed it. The error I get when trying to run OTS is
"ots: error while loading shared libraries: libots-1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
Not sure how to symlink to gtk-doc.make, although I'm sure if this is related to the error message I receive. Anyone have any...

Is it possible to force ots to summarise text with respect to a specific issue?
In other words, rather than having ots automatically generate the "about" list of words, can we specify this list as a parameter and have ots summarise the relevant excerpts from the source text?.

I'm trying to compile ots-0.5.0 on mac OSX 10.5 under gtk-doc 1.9-2.
./configure
make
gives:
Makefile:244: ../gtk-doc.make: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `../gtk-doc.make'. Stop.
./configure --disable-gtk-doc
gives no joy.
Symlinking gtk-doc.make leads to:
../gtk-doc.make:7: *** missing separator. Stop.
Although I can't see why...
