I have the same problem when I tried to log in to http://localhost:8080/sled3/ with the username admin and password sledpass, i got this error message:
Your username/password combination was not recognised, please try again
I tried login for the admin pages (http://localhost:8080/Sled3/AdminLogin) but it has occurred the following error message :
HTTP Status 404 -...

Could you please fix the broken link in the webpage http://sled.open.ac.uk/includes/docs/editLink.jpg?
