I am pleased to announce release 1.0. This entails a port to Java, a function (and about on par with the ncurses) Swing based interface, and some other goodies. There is still room for improvement but this is a functional release that is better then our metric (BYU's original LC-3 Simulator)
See binary file change list
Future Plans =============== Some future expansion would be suppoirting "lst" files, better support for varying LC-3 files (hex, mco, etc), implementing the menus and maybe more advanced debuggin features, and better text formatting.
Features: -Updated the code to now use LC-3 architecture -Added some more debugging features and cleaned up previous ones Cleanup: -Centralized all bitwork -Started converting define's to globals to allow more type checking -Added option for bitwork to be used as a full data type, rather then being a collection of functions -Moved over to the new bitwork data type -Fixed last (potentially) of the bitwork bugs
