No Tx audio at all. The radio is keyed via the SignaLink USB unit. Curiously, another Linux PSK program was rapidly keying and unkeying the radio while it was transmitting. The SignaLink unit has a jumper which increases it's sensitivity to the signal which causes the xcvr to 'key', I'm going to try setting that jumper. I'll let you know if that works.
fldigi still works fine. Also, one of the fldigi authors tells me he'll be coming out with a linux version of fldigi which has mutliple lines (similar to Digipan). I'm looking forward to that.
