An advanced Qt/KDE MEncoder frontend. Mostly useful for high quality AVI's capped from TV. Allows merging and cutting videos at exact frames with preview (i.e., remove commercials...). For now, can only open AVI's.

Kmenc15 v0.04 Released
No visible feature enhancements from previous version, just the fact that this Kmenc15 now works together with MEncoder CVS which thanks to me now has multiple file support.
