Kid3 is an excellent tag editor and there is little to be desired. It is cross-platform, written in appropriate language (C++), it supports portable mode on Windows, it sports a clean GUI and a good set of features and it is actively maintained and constantly improved plus the developer is helpful and responsive.

Everything was fine but recently the Discogs server fell off. I wanted to write a bug report on this site, but this function was not available to me, so I write here.

This is the best MP3 tag editor I have found.

This little application saves me a lot of time and manual labor. It's in my workflow after Platinum Notes but before I import into Traktor. It's so easy to make sure the right metadata is in the ID3 tags and that all my music has the same information in a standard way in my library. Thanks for keeping up with development!
