Remotely lock out input on Windows 2000/XP (also seems to work on Vista, and may work in 9x) systems. Displays a message full screen to explain why. Designed to prevent people working through fire alarms, etc. Written in Visual BASIC 6.

I'm thinking about this project again these days after a few months of other things going on. There will be some more updates soon (think weeks and months, not days though).
