A professional quality Non-linear video editing suite for KDE.
I have never used video editing before. After starting kdenlive for the first time it took less than 10 minutes to understand how to load a few clips into a project and add some cool transitions and effects. All very easy to use. I first played with version 0.7.3 on Ubuntu 9.04 which had stability problems, then upgraded to 0.7.5. Stability has improved but it still crashes every now and then. Thanks to the autosave feature it's only a minor problem. I can't compare it to other editing software but I am well impressed with kdenlive. I also recommend to watch the video tutorials on their home page. Big thanks to all the developers :-)
The only good movie editor for Linux, IMHO. While the others crashed constantly, this one proved to be not only stable, but easy to use even in a GNOME environment.
super gracias
