1) what is preventing KDE for win code from working on ReactOS?
If ReactOS is compatible to Windows programs(has the same API), why we can't use KDE for win on ReactOS? Maybe we need only replace
#ifdef Windows

#ifdef ReactOS
2) As I saw ReactOS code? I saw that it has a lot of unimplemented functions. Maybe we need to find what functions are needed but not yet implemented.
